BigDat 2020 will take place in Ancona, a city founded by Greek settlers and today one of the main ports on the Adriatic Sea. The venue will be:

BY CAR
You can use the Highway A14 ("Autostrada A14"). Use exit "Ancona Sud-Osimo" and follow the directions to city center ("Centro"). The exit to be followed will be the second exit "Università". See the meeting place from Google Maps.
BY BUS (urban local public transport)
To get to the Facoltà di Ingegneria you can get:

- from city center: line 46 (P.zza Cavour - Università - Brecce Bianche). Stop at "Università - Monte Dago".

- from the Ancona central station: Linea 1/4: (Stazione FS - Tavernelle). The Faculty is placed at the line terminal "Tavernelle". See timetable here.

- from the terminal Tavernelle to the main entrance of the Facoltà di Ingegneria there is a short bus connection by: Linea 46 (Tavernelle - Università - Brecce Bianche).
